Innovathane Isocyanates
Innovathane™ Isocyantes are proprietary, high-performance materials based on low-free monomer TDI prepolymers. These materials can be formulated into either spray polyurea or cast elastomer systems. They offer formulators new tools for shaping properties of high-performance systems. Principal benefits include: Ability to extend gel time over a wide range using isocyanates – Little or no change to the amine side of the formulation is required. Greater abraision resistance, without major changes to the amine side of the forumlation. Improved , modulus, tensile & tear, without major changes to the amine side of the forumlation. Better adhesion to concrete and metals – compared to conventional MDI formulations.
