Dick Carter serves as President, Sales Manager
and maintains a few key accounts.
After receiving a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon, Dick
worked at Bell Laboratories during a two-year Post Doctoral appointment and
then as a Senior Research Chemist for the Inorganic Chemicals Division of
Monsanto. Dick was appointed Head of
Chemical Research and Commercial Development at Armour Agricultural Chemical.
Dick has numerous patents and publications
related to these positions.
Dick became involved with a new company,
Chemax, formed by Armour Chemical personnel and subsequently founded CheMarCo
in 1981, initially representing Chemax in the Southeast United
States.

Textile Chemists.
PROFESSIONAL
Martin Carter serves as Executive Vice President
and has account responsibility for South Carolina,
Western North Carolina and Northeast
Georgia.
After receiving a M.S. in Polymer Science from the University
of Southern Mississippi's Polymer
Science Department, Martin worked 8 years as a Senior Research Chemist for
Polyfibron Technologies. At Polyfibron, Martin developed new specialty UV
Curable urethanes for printing plate applications and also managed the
R&D support for the existing urethane product line.
Martin joined CheMarCo in August 1998.

PROFESSIONAL
Rick Engle focuses on accounts in Georgia and southeastern Tennessee.
Rick has over 20 years sales experience selling Specialty Chemicals.
Rick maintains our long-term relationships with epoxy, agricultural
chemical, carpet, inks and coatings customers. Rick holds a BS Degree
in Architectural Engineering from Southern Technical Institute.
Rick joined CheMarCo in 2005.

Fred Tolerico focuses on central North Carolina
and Virginia markets with
special expertise in coverage of wood coatings and ink formulators.
Fred has over 20 years of Process Equipment and Chemical Sales experience.
Fred received the "Pigment of Imagination" award from Silberline
Mfg. Co. for "Outstanding imaginative efforts involving the sale of
Aluminum Pigments to the ink industry". He was also recognized for the
largest single sale of custom dispersion equipment by Dantco Mixers.
Fred joined CheMarCo in 1987.

PROFESSIONAL
Jim Walker focuses on the Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee (Central and
Western) markets.
Jim has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of
Alabama, Birmingham. Jim has over 20 years experience marketing specialty
products to the adhesive, coatings, ink and plastic compounding markets in
the area.
Jim joined CheMarCo in January 2000.

Member of the Southern Society of Coatings Technology, and currently serves
as Vice-Chairman for the Nashville section.
PROFESSIONAL
Don Washabaugh focuses on the Florida and
Coastal Georgia markets.
Don has over 26 years of chemical industry experience and has held a
variety of positions in the coatings industry, including coatings formulator,
owning a coatings company and most recently serving as Production / Q.C.
Manager for Sherwin-Williams. Don has a degree in Chemistry from Rutgers.
Don joined CheMarCo in 1997.

Michael focuses on accounts in both North and South Carolina and Eastern
Tennessee.
Michael has many years of experience in Technical Sales selling into the
Coatings and Inks industry in the Southeast. Michael graduated from Clemson
University with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
Michael joined CheMarCo in July 2003.
