SALES TEAM

• Martin Carter serves as President and Sales Manager.
  After receiving a M.S. in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi’s Polymer Science School, Martin worked 7 years as a Senior Research Chemist for Polyfibron Technologies (formerly WR Grace). At Polyfibron MC developed new specialty UV Curable urethanes for printing plate applications and also managed the R&D support for the existing urethane product line. Martin joined CheMarCo in August 1998.
  
• Fred Tolerico focuses on Central North Carolina, NE Tennessee and Virginia
  Fred has special expertise in coverage of wood coatings and ink formulators and has over 20 years of Process Equipment and Chemical Sales experience. Fred has been with CheMarCo since 1987.
  
• Jim Walker focuses on Alabama, Mississippi and Central Tennessee.
  Jim has a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Jim joined CheMarCo in January of 2000 and brings over 20 years experience marketing specialty products to the adhesive, coatings, ink and plastic compounding markets in the area.
  
• Don Washabaugh focuses on Florida.
  Don has over 26 years of chemical industry experience and has held a variety of positions in the coatings industry, including coatings formulator, owning a coatings company and serving as Production / Q.C. Manager for Sherwin-Williams. Don joined CheMarCo in 1997 and has a degree in Chemistry from Rutgers.
  
• Rick Engle focuses on Georgia and Eastern Tennessee.
  Rick has over 20 years sales experience, many of those selling specialty chemicals and managing distributors. Rick joined CheMarCo in December 2005 and maintains our long term relationships with epoxy, carpet, inks and coatings customers. Rick has a B.S. degree from Southern Technical Institute.
  
• Eric Swanson focuses on select accounts in North and South Carolina.
  Eric was formerly General Manager of an epoxy coatings company. Prior to this he formulated specialty powder coatings as well as automotive OEM coatings. Eric joined CheMarCo in August 2001.
  
• Susan Smith focuses on Inside Sales.
  Susan has over 20 years of account management and inside sales experience. Susan joined CheMarCo in August 2008.
  
• Sherry Carter focuses on Inside Sales and RDP.
  Sherry holds a BS degree in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and worked previously as a chemist for Sherwin-Williams Industrial Maintenance Division in Atlanta, GA. Sherry joined CheMarCo in 1995. Sherry has held the position of outside Technical Sales with CheMarCo and has made the transitioned to Inside Sales. Sherry also manages all aspects of RDP for CheMarCo.
